About SuonaVoce™ Australia

Let us introduce ourselves:
A New Face Of Cultural Exchange

We are a Brisbane‑based, nationally connected project office that brings top‑tier European (especially German, Austrian and Swiss) ensembles and artists together with Australian presenters, festivals and partners — including, where it serves the project, Australian soloists and guest artists.
– We support European agencies, orchestras, ensembles and soloists planning concert tours in Australia and New Zealand with consulting and local project‑office services.
– We help Australian presenters and festivals identify and shape European projects that fit their artistic vision, audiences and budgets.
We also advise on and help shape classical music experiences for corporate and diplomatic events — especially for German, Austrian and Swiss companies and institutions in Australia working with trusted specialists for delivery.
– With decades of experience in Germany’s classical music scene and a growing network across Australia, we focus on well‑structured, professionally delivered projects that respect everyone’s time, resources and reputation.
– We operate as a project office and consulting partner – we are not a traditional agency and we do not act as a box-office or ticketing guarantor.

FAQ

1 – Who do you work with?

European (especially DACH) agencies, orchestras, ensembles and soloists — plus Australian/NZ presenters who want European talent here.

2 – “We’re an Australian presenter — can you bring us an artist from Germany/Austria/Europe?”
Yes. Share your brief and we will identify suitable artists, facilitate introductions and help shape a program that works for your venue and audience — coordinating between you and the European side throughout.

3 – How early should we engage SVA?

Orchestral/festival: 12–24 months. Recital/chamber (headline venues/series): 12 –18 months. Corporate/bespoke: 1–9 months. Faster possible case-by-case.

4 – What exactly does SVA do?

For European artists and ensembles touring Australia, and also for selected Australian ensembles and groups, we act as a dedicated local project office — mapping presenters and venues, facilitating introductions, and coordinating timelines and communications between all parties through to confirmation.

5 – Do you only work with German-speaking artists?

No. DACH focus, Europe-wide scope, and AU/NZ partners where it serves the project.

6 – Do you also act as the promoter?
Our primary role is as project office and coordination partner, working alongside established presenters. We do not act as promoter. Every project is different. If e.g. you have a project already in place or in planning and need assistance, we are always open to a conversation about how SVA can best contribute. Get in touch and we will explore what makes sense.
7 – Do you represent individual artists?
We are not an artist representation agency and do not manage individual artist careers.
8 – Do you guarantee artist availability?

No agency can promise that and we are not an artist representation agency. Nevertheless, we work with artists and their management on a project-by-project basis, and can ensure prompt, professional communication and, where needed, alternative proposals if a first choice is unavailable.

9 – Can you help with funding?

We advise on funding pathways and introductions. Budgets remain with presenting partners; where appropriate we support applications prepared by the lead presenter.

10 – Do you support corporate and brand events?
Yes. We help corporations and organisations integrate classical music into their events — from artist recommendation and program design through to supporting the coordination of the music element on the day. We work alongside the client’s event team or nominated contact. Where the event is primarily or entirely a musical performance, it can be discussed what the scope for SVA can be. Exact scope and responsibilities are always defined in writing before any work begins.
11 – Where do you operate?

Our base is Brisbane, but we manage projects and tours nationwide across Australia and New Zealand. Internationally, our focus is Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with partnerships extending across Europe.

12 – What does it cost to work with SuonaVoce Australia?

Our fees are structured to reflect the scope and nature of each engagement — consulting, project-office work and event coordination are each approached differently. We do not work on fully contingent models. Exact terms are always discussed and agreed in writing before any work begins. Get in touch with your brief and we will propose a transparent fee structure.
